I read something last night that made think of all the people I have talked to over the last 13 years about joining my team. It may not have been your time when we spoke but the porch light is always on for you and there is always room at our table.
The one thing that will never change about Scentsy and the way I lead and they way I will continue to grow my team/family. Every person is and will always be welcome! You never have to fit into any kind of box. I want the true authentic you! If you are wild and crazy – AWESOME! Reserved and quiet? SUPER! Creative? Shy? Outgoing? Nervous? ADHD? Anxious? Sassy? Silly?
I want you to be YOU! The way it works for me is for you to be you and I get to be me. That is what Scentsy has been for me. I feel like I have found the place where I get to be myself. I don’t have to be the perfect daughter, the mom of the year, the funny or serious one, the anything. I get to be who I am and I get to run my business how I want and you get to run yours the way you want.
So bottom line. The porch light is always on. When you are ready come on in, there is room for you and I am waiting.
